1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a BookBlend account or using our mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use BookBlend.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use BookBlend. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate information when you create your account.
3. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at BookBlend1@outlook.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions, bags, and payments
- App Membership is a monthly subscription billed at $9.99/month via Stripe. It auto-renews until cancelled — cancel anytime from your account settings.
- Bag Subscription ($59.99 /month) and One-Time Book Bag ($64.99) are sold for in-person pickup at our weekly Saturday park event. Subscription charges auto-renew until cancelled. Park location and pickup window are communicated to confirmed buyers on Saturday morning.
- Bag contents (book title, journal, cup, stickers, etc.) are curated by our team and may vary; substitutions of equal or greater value may occur based on availability.
- Refunds are handled per our Pickup & Refunds policy. Replacements or refunds for damaged or missing bag items can be requested within 14 days of pickup by emailing BookBlend1@outlook.com.
5. User content
You retain ownership of what you post in BookBlend (reviews, messages, club posts, etc.). By posting, you grant BookBlend a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and share your content within the Service.
6. Community rules
- Be kind. No harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse.
- No spam, pirated books, or unauthorized promotions.
- No explicit content involving minors.
- Respect copyright — do not post full book text without permission.
7. Generated content
Our Social Media Manager and discussion features generate content based on your prompts. You are responsible for reviewing and using outputs appropriately. BookBlend is not liable for third- party misuse of generated content.
8. Intellectual property
BookBlend, our logo, brand, and all non-user content are owned by BookBlend. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without permission.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
10. Disclaimers
BookBlend is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for content posted by other users.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookBlend and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use of BookBlend means you accept the updated Terms.
